當壓力變送器無輸出的時候,我們先需要判斷是哪里出了問題,而是草率地認為是設備出了故障,因為在很多應用場合,除了單獨使用之外,還有可能與其他設備或系統組合使用。下面我們從幾個方面分別來說下:

1、如果壓力變送器與數顯表配合使用,這個時候如果數顯表不顯示,那么用戶有可能會說變送器無輸出,其實這個問題很明顯,草率地認定變送器無輸出是不合理的。假如變送器正常輸出,數顯表出現了故障,也是可能的。這個就是用戶對現場故障的理解判斷錯誤。那么如何判斷壓力變送器是否正常輸出呢?很簡單,用萬用表直接測量變送器的輸出端,測量是否用4-20mA電流值即可。當然與其他儀表配合使用的時候出現這個情況,一樣先萬用表測量電流來判斷。

2、我們知道變送器是需要24V電源供電的,如果變送器無輸出的時候我們就要先考慮是否有24V電源供電或24供電電源是否正常,當然這是基本的電工常識。不過如果現場如同特點描述的那樣,與數顯表或其他自帶有24V供電電源的表串聯,那么變送器就不需要再次提供24V電源了。這第二個方面是針對單獨使用變送器的時候。

3、如果24V電源有,且供電正常,這個時候壓力變送器無輸出,就要接著檢查電源線是否接反了,正負是否接錯。

4、如果接線正確,那么就需要檢查整個回路中是否有線路斷線;或檢查儀表是否選取錯誤(輸入阻抗應≤250Ω)等。

5、如果以上方面檢查都正常,那么有可能是壓力變送器的硬件出現故障了。比如說變送器在開始的時候由于24V電源有問題,導致變送器的線路板燒壞了,當然直接無顯示無輸出了;比如選取的變送器的過載與耐壓能力都與現場的條件不符合,也可能出現高壓過度導致元件損壞,也會出現變送器無輸出;比如壓力變送器是帶現場顯示,也就是帶表頭,如果這個時候表頭損壞了,那么也會出現變送器無輸出。如果判斷表頭是否損壞呢,直接表頭的兩根線短路,如果短路后正常,則說明是表頭損壞。
