壓力變送器是能夠受規定的壓力并按照一定的規律轉換成可用輸出信號的器件或裝置的總稱，通常由敏感元件和轉換元件組成；壓力傳感器是把非電物理量如重力、壓力、液位、物料特性等轉換成電信號或把物理量如壓力、液位等直接送到變送器；壓力變送器則是把壓力傳感器采集到的微弱的電信號放大以便轉送或啟動控制元件，或將傳感器輸入的非電量轉換成電信號同時放大以便供遠方測量和控制的信號源，根據需要還可將模擬量變換為數字量。

       當壓力變送器無輸出的時候，我們先需要判斷是哪里出了問題，而是草率地認為是設備出了故障，因為在很多應用場合，除了單獨使用之外，還有可能與其他設備或系統組合使用。下面我們從幾個方面分別來說下：

       1、如果壓力變送器與數顯表配合使用，這個時候如果數顯表不顯示，那么用戶有可能會說變送器無輸出，其實這個問題很明顯，草率地認定變送器無輸出是不合理的。假如變送器正常輸出，數顯表出現了故障，也是可能的。這個就是用戶對現場故障的理解判斷錯誤。那么如何判斷壓力變送器是否正常輸出呢？很簡單，用萬用表直接測量變送器的輸出端，測量是否用4-20mA電流值即可。當然與其他儀表配合使用的時候出現這個情況，一樣先萬用表測量電流來判斷。

       1.If the pressure transmitter is used together with the digital display meter,if the digital display meter is not displayed at this time,the user may say that the transmitter has no output.In fact,this problem is obvious,and it is rashly determined that the transmitter has no output.unreasonable.If the transmitter is output normally,it is possible that the digital display has failed.This is the user's misunderstanding of the on-site fault.So how do you tell if the pressure transmitter is output normally?Very simple,use a multimeter to directly measure the output of the transmitter,and measure whether to use 4-20mA current value.Of course,this happens when used in conjunction with other instruments,as well as measuring the current with a multimeter.

       2、我們知道變送器是需要24V電源供電的，如果變送器無輸出的時候我們就要先考慮是否有24V電源供電或24供電電源是否正常，當然這是基本的電工常識。不過如果現場如同特點描述的那樣，與數顯表或其他自帶有24V供電電源的表串聯，那么變送器就不需要再次提供24V電源了。這第二個方面是針對單獨使用變送器的時候。

       2, we know that the transmitter needs 24V power supply, if the transmitter has no output, we must first consider whether there is 24V power supply or 24 power supply is normal, of course, this is the basic electrician common sense. However, if the site is in series with a digital display or other watch with a 24V power supply as described in the features, the transmitter does not need to provide 24V power again. This second aspect is when using the transmitter alone.

       3、如果24V電源有，且供電正常，這個時候壓力變送器無輸出，就要接著檢查電源線是否接反了，正負是否接錯。

       3.If the 24V power supply is available and the power supply is normal,the pressure transmitter has no output at this time,and then it is necessary to check whether the power line is reversed,and whether the positive or negative connection is wrong.

       4、如果接線正確，那么就需要檢查整個回路中是否有線路斷線；或檢查儀表是否選取錯誤（輸入阻抗應≤250Ω)等。

       5、如果以上方面檢查都正常，那么有可能是壓力變送器的硬件出現故障了。比如說變送器在開始的時候由于24V電源有問題，導致變送器的線路板燒壞了，當然直接無顯示無輸出了；比如選取的變送器的過載與耐壓能力都與現場的條件不符合，也可能出現高壓過度導致元件損壞，也會出現變送器無輸出；比如壓力變送器是帶現場顯示，也就是帶表頭，如果這個時候表頭損壞了，那么也會出現變送器無輸出。如果判斷表頭是否損壞呢，直接表頭的兩根線短路，如果短路后正常，則說明是表頭損壞。

       5.If the above checks are normal,it is possible that the hardware of the pressure transmitter has failed.For example,when the transmitter starts to have a problem with the 24V power supply,the transmitter's circuit board burns out.Of course,there is no display and no output directly;for example,the overload and withstand voltage capability of the selected transmitter are on site.If the conditions are not met,the component may be damaged due to excessive pressure.The transmitter may have no output.For example,the pressure transmitter is equipped with a live display,that is,with a meter.If the header is damaged at this time,it will also appear.The transmitter has no output.If it is judged whether the header is damaged,the two wires of the direct header are short-circuited.If the short-circuit is normal,it indicates that the header is damaged.
