差壓式液位計(jì)廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、冶金、電力、食品、造紙、醫(yī)藥、紡織等工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程檢測(cè)控制系統(tǒng)中，檢測(cè)液體差壓、表壓、絕壓，以及開口或密閉容器內(nèi)液體的液位。該產(chǎn)品將被測(cè)信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成4～20mADC輸出信號(hào)（智能型可帶Hart協(xié)議通訊），與其他單元組合儀表或工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)配合，組成檢測(cè)、記錄、控制等工業(yè)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)。

 

　　Differential pressure level gauges are widely used in the detection and control systems of petroleum,chemical,metallurgy,electric power,food,paper,medicine,textile and other industrial production processes to detect liquid differential pressure,gauge pressure,absolute pressure,and in open or closed containers The level of the liquid.The product converts the measured signal into a 4-20mADC output signal(intelligent type can communicate with Hart protocol),and cooperates with other unit combination meters or industrial control computers to form industrial automation systems such as detection,recording,and control.

 

　　差壓式液位計(jì)減少誤差方法:

 

　　Differential pressure level gauge reduces error method:

 

　　1.導(dǎo)壓管應(yīng)盡可能短些;

 

　　1.The pressure guiding tube should be as short as possible;

 

　　2.當(dāng)測(cè)量液體或蒸汽時(shí)，導(dǎo)壓管應(yīng)向上連接到流程工藝管道，其斜度應(yīng)不小于1/12;

 

　　2.When measuring liquid or steam,the pressure guiding tube should be connected upward to the process pipeline,and its slope should not be less than 1/12;

 

　　3.對(duì)于氣體測(cè)量時(shí)，導(dǎo)壓管應(yīng)向下連接到流程工藝管道，其斜度應(yīng)不小于1/12;

 

　　3.For gas measurement,the pressure guiding tube should be connected downward to the process pipeline,and its slope should not be less than 1/12;

 

　　4.液體導(dǎo)壓管道的布設(shè)要避免出現(xiàn)高點(diǎn)，氣體導(dǎo)壓管的布設(shè)要避免出現(xiàn)低點(diǎn);

 

　　4.The arrangement of liquid pressure guiding pipes should avoid high points,and the arrangement of gas pressure guiding pipes should avoid low points;

 

　　5.兩導(dǎo)壓管應(yīng)保持相同的溫度;

 

　　5.The two pressure guiding tubes should maintain the same temperature;

 

　　6.為避免磨擦影響，導(dǎo)壓管的口徑應(yīng)足夠大;

 

　　6.In order to avoid the influence of friction,the caliber of the pressure guiding tube should be large enough;

 

　　7.充滿液體的導(dǎo)壓管中應(yīng)無(wú)氣體存在;

 

　　7.There should be no gas in the pressure pipe filled with liquid;

 

　　8.當(dāng)使用隔離液時(shí)，兩邊導(dǎo)壓管的液位要相同。
